Refund Policy
Greenway Center for Personal Growth
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and credits are provided for services offered by the Greenway Center for Personal Growth. By purchasing or enrolling in any service, you agree to the terms below.
Courses, Classes, and Group Programs
Enrollment in courses, classes, and group programs reserves a place that may limit availability for others. Accordingly, the following terms apply:

Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date.

Partial Refund (50%): Available for cancellations made three (3) to six (6) days prior to the start date.

No Refund: Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the start date, or after the program has begun, are not eligible for a refund.
In lieu of a refund, participants may request:

A credit toward a future program, or
-
A transfer of enrollment to another participant, subject to prior approval.
One-on-One Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for the client.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without penalty by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations / Missed Sessions: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the Greenway Center for Personal Growth in cases of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances.
